DIRGAHAYU RI KE-75 DURING PANDEMIC, INDONESIA MAJU!
2020 is not the same as the other year. It is a new challenge for everybody all over the world, especially for Indonesia. Covid-19 has taken over the situation and changed everything into a brand new world. Citizen of the country are not allowed to assemble in a place as usual. No more hangouts, no more social interactions. Every social activity has been restricted in such limits, including school activity.
This situation has not shrinked the spirit of nationalism of Bina Bangsa PIK Primary students. We are grateful, we can still celebrate the 75th of Indonesian Independence Day in this pandemic. We thank to all front-liners that are involved in the battle of the virus. We have to stay strong and be resilient in this real battle field, as our elders had given their best that time to pursue independence, we must guard and help to maintain Indonesia as a unity during this pandemic. Bina Bangsa PIK Primary has shown responsibility to obey health protocols and choose to stay at home to prevent larger scale of covid-19 infections.
Showing respect to our country for the effort that has been preserved to achieve Independence, BBS PIK Primary is more than delighted to embrace “The National Week” virtually in our school. This program is hold during week 4-5, from 10 August 2020 to 21 August 2020. Eventhough, we are apart, it does not mean we do not take part. We are proud to be in this country, harvest its food and water, living on its beautiful land, and even from our home sweet home, through virtual session, we are able to dedicate our time in a moment of silence during the flag raising ceremony and singing of Indonesia Raya that is aired in television, and we believe this will not decrease the solemnity of the ceremony. Indoneisia has been strived to be the best version of itself, and it always be. Jayalah Indonesia, Indonesia Maju!!
