- Abstract: Solar cookers offer a sustainable solution that utilises sunlight to cook food. It requirres no fuel, electricity or wood, which makes it more affordable and accessible. It is also easily built using recycled materials that can be procured simply. Furthermore, as Indonesia is a tropical country that is hot throughout the year, harnessing the solar energy is a reliable method. This initiative aligns with SDG goals of Zero Hunger and Reduced Inequalities by improving food safety and nutritional access of Indonesia's vulnerable populations.
