  • Abstract: Eco-enzyme is a product created through the fermentation of organic waste, including vegetables, fruits, and food scraps. Therefore, a solution is required to transform waste from human activities into a beneficial and valuable product, such as eco-enzymes, which can be utilized as an organic disinfectant. During the production of eco-enzyme, alcohol, acetic acid, or both may be generated, depending on the specific microorganisms present on the fruit or vegetable scraps. The group’s goal is to convert this organic waste into eco-enzymes, with the belief that it can help reduce the accumulation of organic waste in landfills.
