- Abstract: Our project explores how to make eco-enzyme, a natural plant fertiliser made by mixing fruit scraps, brown sugar, and water. After leaving the mixture to ferment for over two months, it turns into a liquid full of nutrients that help plants grow better. This eco-friendly fertiliser can replace chemical ones that may harm plants and the environment. It also helps reduce kitchen waste by turning it into something useful.Eco-enzyme has many benefits, it improves the soil, helps plants stay healthy, and can even protect them from pests and diseases. It also supports the tiny living things in the soil that keep it rich and healthy. Through this simple and fun activity, our project shows how we can use everyday materials to take care of the environment and learn more about science and technology in a hands-on way.
