  • Abstract: The “Ecoplast Creations” project by Primary 6 students at BBS Malang aimed to reduce plastic waste in their school cafeteria, where single-use plastic utensils are commonly discarded. By collecting used spoons and forks, the students creatively transformed them into decorative items like keychains and magnets using simple materials. They then sold these handmade crafts and donated the proceeds to charity. The project not only helped minimize plastic pollution but also supported a good cause. The students recommend collecting utensils regularly, dedicating more time to crafting, and applying layers of paint to enhance the final product’s appearance.
