- Abstract: "The NDS, also known as the Never Drying Soil can help lessen world hunger by helping people grow food while in droughts. It is basically what it's called, a soil that never dries out. This soil can help people who live in extremely hot climates and are common to drought. The soil will stay moist even after a day out with the scorching sun. It will come in a package composed of the NDS, a fertilizer and ready to plant seeds. It will be sold at a very cheap price so that even the most poverty stricken people can afford it and survive this horrid famine. As you can see in the NDS there are small clumps. The small clumps are sodium polyacrylate or waterlock bits. They can absorb 100 to 1000 of their own weight in water. The waterlock is what keeps the NDS moist. "
