FAQ and Possible answers
1. Q: Where can I find technical support and assistance if I am having difficulties registering?
A: Contact your career counsellor through email, whatsapp, or instagram.
2. Q: How can I make an appointment with a university representative?
A: The Live Consultation are small group sessions where you can ask questions directly to the university representative. Register for the Live Consultations for the university of your choice in your e-learning portal on September 20-21, 2022.
3.Q: What is the schedule and topics for the Live panels?
A: All information regarding the webinars can be found in the auditorium page.
4. Q: Can I access information about these universities after the Education Fair?
A: Yes you can. We have set up a youtube channel where several universities have posted videos. These videos will be available for 30 days after the Education Fair.
5. Q: How many Webinar/ Live Panel sessions can I register for?
A: All Secondary 3 and 4 must attend all 4 webinar sessions. Your counsellor will let you know if you need to come to school to watch the webinars. The webinar registration link can be found on the Auditorium page. Register now!
6. Q: How many Live Consultation sessions can I register for?
A: Since the Live Consultations run concurrently, JC1 and JC2 students may choose up to 7 universities that are most interesting to you. Registration links for live consultations can be found in the student e-learning portal
7. Q: When is the deadline to register for the Live Consultations?
A:The registration is open only for 24 hours from September 20, 2022, 16:00 PM (WIB) to September 21, 2022, 16:00 PM (WIB); Due to limited slots, registration will be based on first come first serve.
8. Q: Who can attend Live Consultations?
A: Only JC1 and JC2 students are eligible to register for Live consultations.
9. Q: Are all the webinar sessions mandatory?
A: All 4 webinar sessions are mandatory for Secondary 3 and 4 students.
10. Can my parents attend sessions with me?
A: Yes, they can. For the Webinars, your parents can register using the link provided on the Auditorium page. Your parents must have a Zoom account to register. However, the Live Consultations are private, so your parents would need to watch with the students.
11. Q: Can I watch the Youtube videos during the Education Fair?
A: No, you should watch the videos BEFORE the education fair so you have questions ready to ask the representatives.
