Our Story
At Bina Bangsa School KJ, leadership is more than just a title; it’s a journey. The Student Council was founded to give our students a voice, foster responsibility, and build a school culture rooted in service, collaboration, and integrity. We believe that every student has the potential to lead, and through the Student Council, that possibility becomes action.
Our Mission
We strive to be a good representation of our peers, strengthen our school and wider community, and create meaningful opportunities for students to grow as confident, effective leaders. By working closely with the school, we ensure that student voices are heard and that our initiatives make a lasting difference.
How We Lead
Our Council is made up of passionate students from across the school. Together, we coordinate and support six leadership groups, all groups led by a single committee:
Student Council Executive Committee (ExCo): Oversees all groups, manages resources, and represents the student body.
House Leaders: Build school spirit through sports, wellness, and competition.
Prefectorial Board: Serve as our student guard by promoting discipline and responsibility.
Student Welfare Board: Support academic potential, inclusivity, and student well-being.
Values in Action Board: Lead outreach, service learning, and sustainability projects.
Media & Communications Leaders: Showcase and preserve the moments that define our school.
Student Tech Leaders: Drive innovation and guide peers in using technology responsibly.
