Yes, it’s that time of the year again. On the 31st of January, the hall lit up in bright flamboyant lights, decorated with bright red ornaments along the walls and curtains.
Students and teachers in their traditional Chinese attires rushed in, their jovial laughter fills the air. This spectacular event was bombarded with performances of talented students in their dances, singing, musical gifts and also many more.
Opened with a festive greeting by Mr Richard, the celebration continued with ease and success.
The most enlightening and inciting part of this event is when the origin of traditional Chinese cuisine comes. When the venue is lined with tables occupied with mouth-watering dishes ranging from appetizers up to desserts, students, staffs and also teachers scatter around the area, tasting each type of aromatic Chinese delicacy.
This event surely left a mark on our hearts. It was an experience that couldn’t be traded to any other and the everlasting memory of everyone united as one, sharing joy, prosperity and happiness in this new year, new decade, welcome 2020! Happy Chinese New Year!
