Students of the Month ‘Oct 2018’

Congratulations to Students of the Month (October 2018)

Commencing from the academic year 2017, BBS KJS has selected students deserving of the Student of the Month award. This award is given to students who have shown the exemplary behavior, including following all school policies and rules to the best of their ability, and do not have any disciplinary actions taken against them in the given month. In addition, the Student of the Month is also recognized for possessing the character traits of respect, care, integrity, and responsibility.


Winston Tumbelaka (Sec 1 Pascal)
Winston shows great sense of responsibility not only when it comes to his studies but also taking lead of informing his classmates of the assignments to be done everyday. He is also an eloquent which he can use to be a good leader.


Callista Hardi (Sec 2 Pascal)
Callista is a conscientious student who is polite and well mannered. She takes pride in her work and takes the time to do it well and meet the deadlines given. She is cheerful and is a good team player. Her teachers can rely on her to get things done and she makes the effort to improve whenever she can. Keep up the good work Callista!


Marcelino Sutanto (Sec 3 Taylor)
Marcelino sits quietly in class hanging on to every word the teacher says. When praised and validated, he smiles and his eyes sparkle. His is a gentle presence that stands out in a class of overly active boys and girls. He is kind and respectful to teachers and peers, truly an epitome of a model student.


Kelly Chen (Sec 4 Newton)
Kelly is a smart and diligent student. She always shows a positive attitude with classmates in group projects and activities, and both takes and gives suggestions and directions effectively. Kelly is a role model for her peers and is, therefore, October’s student of the month.


Moira Renata (JC1 Forbes)
Moira is dependable and reliable, follows directions effectively, and follows through on her commitments to herself and others. She proves her leadership skill by doing a great job as the head of BBS AVIOR Cup Committee last September this year. Apart from school activities, she is also actively involved in LEO Club, a community service organisation.
