A special event called World Day was celebrated on Saturday, the 2nd of November. Parents, the public and even students from the primary school came in droves to partake in the occasion.

So what is World day? Basically, it’s an event where every class represented a random country by decorating their classes, bringing its traditional food and wearing its traditional costumes. Previously, each class also put in a special performance prior to their country given with 4 chosen teachers acting as the judges and giving them points.
“Our true nationality is mankind”
On the day of the World Day itself, everything was well prepared. All students came at 9 am with their unique attires and passports are then distributed to each one of them. Whenever a student visits other ‘countries’, they will receive a sticker and the first one that is able to collect all stickers will get a remarkable prize. Furthermore, there is a special place called the International Jail where you can trap your friends there for a specific amount of time by paying a reasonable price.
The World Day finally ended at 11.30 am with joy and satisfaction all over the students’ faces.
