FRI-YAY AND COSPLAY-FRIDAY

Started with hope and happiness. These were the things that the school wanted to highlight during Home-Based Learning. With hope, we could bring a new atmosphere to our life, to reach happiness. The school cared for and concerned about students’ social-emotion and internal-bonding skills that should be developed in their classroom by having interaction with their classmates and teachers. Hence, we took this time as an opportunity for improving and developing those skills during online session.

We had held 2 activities this term every Friday during their lunch break, so that students could enjoy the activity as their weekend celebration. In the first activity, students had a ”virtual lunch gathering” and ”show and tell” their favourite things. Besides, in the second activity, students were allowed to dress up as their favourite characters (cosplay) and shared how the characters inspired them and what good values or life lesson they could learn from it.

Students really enjoyed their quality time with their classmates and teachers during this time. They were interested to share and had a meaningful conversation that we hoped it would help them to develop their characters and social skills. We believed that every children had their own characters and as a school, we gradually nurture them to support them to be their best version. Let’s check their activities out below 🙂
