“THE SPIRIT OF SPORTS FESTIVAL”
“teamwork makes the dream works“
BBS primary students were all drawn in excitement for welcoming sports heat this year. It was the time for all students to enjoy their time with their friends and teachers in variety of sports competitions. Sport refers to an activity involving physical activity and skill. Students were able to polish their non-academic skill and show what they’ve got.
Students were encouraged to always be fair in every competition and support each other. This sports festival is held to practice sportsmanship, gain experience in sports, discover their hidden talents in sports, develop their skills in the game, and also be humble in victory and gracious in defeat. Again, sports heat this year was represented by our houses (blue, green, red, and yellow house). Each houses represented their best players to join the game, and each students were given a chance to be involved in this event. Teachers accompanied students during the game and gave their supports for their team. Some games were done during the CCA time and here it came, the D-day of sports festival when all students and teachers were gathered in the field to celebrate the day together:
The event was started by opening prayer and message from our principal Ms Linawati, and also followed by singing Indonesia Raya and school song, also taking sports heat oath.

Sport festival this year truly taught us to believe in ourselves, be confident, and show teamwork! Good job to everyone! 🙂
