快餐对年轻人健康的影响

在当今快发展的生活中,人最熟悉的便是快餐了。高效、快捷、美味……难怪人经常摄 入快餐。因此,人经常忽略一个重要的细节:餐快对健康的影响。
快餐有非常多的害处,其中之一是快餐营养并不均衡。快餐包括过量摄入不良营养素(糖、钠、饱和脂肪和反式脂肪)和减少摄入所需营养素(水果和蔬菜中的维生素和矿物质)。

因此,长期吃快餐会导致体重增加,导致肥胖,可能导致心脏病和癌症。
